The cost for a single event streaming channel is the maximum concurrent users multiplied by the bitrate of your stream. There are no setup fees or hidden costs.

1. Decide how many users you would like to stream to at the same time, then choose the bitrate your streams require to determine your cost.

Example: A streaming server that supports 100 users at the same time for 56kbps streaming costs $200/day.

Concurrent Users or Peak Users

What is the definition of Peak Users?
Maximum peak users is the number of users that can simultaneously access your broadcast at one time and is preset when you select one of our services.

Like seats in a movie theatre, when a user enters they will occupy a seat on your broadcast. When they leave the seat will be available for the next user. When all the seats fill up, the server will report that it is currently full.

You will know how much you are spending on the service ahead of time and as a Web Crafts customer you can add additional user capacity at any time.
